 

#  "Nature Scientific Reports" Names Harvard China Project Paper Top 100 Most Read Articles in 2017

 The paper, ["Wind-generated Electricity in China: Decreasing Potential, Inter-annual Variability and Association with Changing Climate,"](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-16073-2) explores the effects of rising surface temperatures on wind speeds. It was co-authored by Peter Sherman, Xinyu Chen, and Michael B. McElroy, and [named one of the top 100 most read articles in earth science of 2017](https://www.nature.com/collections/zqnrvjdvqw/content/26-50) by *Nature Scientific Reports*.
