Previous studies have shown great uncertainties about China's emissions and argued about the responsibility China should take in mitigating global climate change. The speaker will analyze China's CO2 emissions at country and city scales, from various perspectives including both production and consumption. The uncertainties and spatial-temporal distributions of China's emissions will be also discussed.</p><p>	<img alt="&lt;--break-&gt;" src="/profiles/openscholar/modules/contrib/wysiwyg/plugins/break/images/spacer.gif" title="&lt;--break--&gt;"></p>
