The consumption of Chinese products also increases air pollution and health risks in developed countries, including the US. Who should take responsibility for such “emission outsourcing”? What mitigation measures might be adopted to reduce China's carbon footprint, and should other countries play a part in these strategies? The speaker will share some recent research progress on carbon footprints and discuss these controversial topics with seminar attendees.	</p></div>
