Shaojie Song Earns 2021 Young Investigator Award

Dr. Shaojie Song, Research Associate at the Harvard-China Project, was named the winner of the 2021 Young Investigator Award by Atmosphere. This annual award recognizes the contributions and achievements of rising stars under the age of 35 in atmospheric and climate science. 

Dr. Song has been a researcher with the Harvard-China Project since 2019. His interests include air pollution, atmospheric chemistry, greenhouse gases, inverse modeling, climate science, and renewable energy. He earned a Ph.D. in 2016 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Song has an outstanding publication record, comprising over 50 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
